		<description>Tyler, thanks for the comment! I checked out housingmaps and it seems that one major difference is that padmapper has a better filtering interface and also integrates with Yelp.

Neither cover &quot;all&quot; cities-- so if you live in a major city you&#039;re OK.</description>
